Fluorite is built from Chromium, which is open source under its own licenses (primarily BSD-style, with many components under their respective licenses). Fluorite's pipeline tooling and site content are part of the AcreetionOS ecosystem. Always consult the license files distributed with the source tree for exact terms.

The software and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use at your own risk. Automated pipelines produce automated mistakes occasionally; that is what checksums, tests and your own judgment are for.

Chromium is a trademark of Google LLC. Fluorite is an independent build and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, the Bromite project or the Cromite project. Bromite and Cromite are the marks of their respective maintainers and are referenced here solely to describe lineage honestly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Fluorite maintainers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or this website. This includes data loss — which is also why we keep repeating: put your profile in a user data directory outside the build tree.
